Warranty, service, returns ...

For products shipped outside of Europe and especially to the African continent, it is important to note that manufacturer warranty and service options may not be available. Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings in destination country languages may also not be available; the products may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

It is the purchaser and/or recipient responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and that the product will meet the purchaser requirements. Meykaya and its parent company bears NO responsibility for any of the above.
Where operational, we may provide a warranty service which may involve, returning the product to the United Kingdom for warranty repairs agreed by the purchaser and the manufacturer or (retail store) or by us (on the purchaser's behalf) and the manufacturer (or retail store). Where we agree to provide this service, all costs to transport the product/goods to and from the United Kingdom shall be borne by the purchaser/recipient/owner.

Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacement service may not be available in all areas we operate. Where we do operate such a service, all costs for returns and replacement will be borne by the purchaser unless agreed in advance on a case by case basis.
